When a Cottage is purchased, one afternoon is spent with our in-house interior decorator selecting fabrics and details.

Flooring coverings, wall coverings, window treatments, cabinet styles, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, lighting fixtures, furniture, linens, dishes, flatware, utensils, TV’s, surround sound audio systems and appliances are all quickly thought through, selected and planned.

The Cottage owner will arrive a few months later (with toothbrush) to a completed, turn key Cottage overlooking the Marina complete and ready to move into without having to spend months planning a custom home.

Just bring your toothbrush . . . and maybe shampoo!
